About Us
De-Risking Investment with Hybrid Energy & Digital Intelligence
Founded in late 2023, Solinzi Power is a forward-thinking clean energy company on a mission to accelerate South Africa’s Just Energy Transition toward an equitable, low-carbon future.
We design and deploy transformative, end-to-end hybrid energy ecosystems that empower businesses and communities. Guided by CEO Abigail Moeletsi and COO Brian Maphanga, our leadership combines decades of cross-sector energy experience with a commitment to decarbonizing heavy industry.
We specialize at the nexus of renewable infrastructure, digital optimization, and green chemistry—particularly in designing integrated facilities for low-cost green hydrogen and ammonia production. Our unique approach is powered by proprietary digital intelligence platforms like Aquile Ingenii and Corvus DI, which revolutionize project development by automating workflows and optimizing value chains.
Everything we do is guided by our “Lucky Clover Principles,” which emphasize being Intentional, Inclusive, Innovative, and Inspirational in every project we undertake to create lasting, positive change.

SIP20e Project
Our Key Activities
Renewable Energy Development
WIND, SOLAR, BESS Solutions
We deliver renewable energy solutions that power a sustainable future for both the planet and its people. Our innovative hybrid systems are designed to achieve two core goals: protecting the environment through clean development and unlocking tangible socio-economic benefits for communities. The result is a powerful value proposition—affordable, low-tariff energy for customers and a strong, positive return on investment for our partners.
Green Ammonia and Derivatives
NH3, H2, LOX + Dx
Using clean energy, we select and develop sites that enable the production of low cost green ammonia and green hydrogen. Our projects have a core focus on the derivatives market (i.e. markets that utelize ammonia, hydrogen and loxygen). Ensuring that our projects benefits and lower production costs to ensure the customer receives competitive and favourable pricing.
Digital Hybrid and Technonology Solutions
Software Development + A.I Tools
Using our software development and modeling expertise, we are able to produce custom software / applications that enable businesses to increase efficiency or reduce operational costs. Most recently our focus has been on the technical and financial modeling A.I tools for Green Chemical Production.

Our Vision for Marydale
The Marydale Enerfusion Park is a flagship sustainable development project, formally designated as a Strategic Integrated Project (SIP 20E) by the Presidency of South Africa through Infrastructure South Africa. This national recognition signifies the project’s strategic importance and ensures direct, high-level government facilitation and support. The initiative is further backed by key national and provincial partners, including the Department of Science and Innovation’s Hydrogen South Africa (HySA) programme, SANEDI, and the Northern Cape Economic Development Agency (NCEDA).
Designed as a transformative model for the Northern Cape, the project’s core mission is to revitalize and modernize South Africa’s agricultural and industrial sectors. It achieves this by creating a fully integrated, synergistic nexus between three critical areas: large-scale renewable energy generation, on-site green chemical production, and community-centric agricultural development. The project moves beyond simply producing clean power—it leverages over 1,260 MW of solar and wind energy to produce low-cost green hydrogen and ammonia on-site.
These foundational green chemicals are converted into sustainable fertilizers and other high-value derivatives, directly boosting farm productivity, ensuring national food security, and reducing costly imports.
A fundamental operational requirement for the Enerfusion Park is a reliable and substantial water source for electrolysis and industrial processes. The project’s location in the Northern Cape is strategically chosen for its proximity to the Orange River, which provides the necessary water access within a framework of responsible and licensed usage.
This makes the Marydale site the ideal host for this innovative, circular solution.
The project does not simply introduce new industry—it integrates seamlessly with South Africa’s natural advantages and national development goals. It creates a virtuous economic cycle that transforms local resources—abundant solar irradiance, wind, and secured water—into agricultural resilience, industrial decarbonization, and long-term socio-economic benefits for the communities of Marydale, Prieska, Niekershoop, and Copperton. By anchoring a new green economy in the region, the Enerfusion Park turns national policy into tangible progress, empowering farmers, creating skilled jobs, and establishing South Africa as a leader in the global green hydrogen economy.
